A premiere recreational facility, Cecil Recreation Complex promises to have something for everyone. A fitness center, basketball gymnasium, indoor pool and equestrian center are only a few of the highlights of this new facility

Community Center
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday - available for private rentals and community meetings.

Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, 1 - 6 p.m. 
Closed daily, 2 - 3 p.m.

Fast Pitch Softball Complex - Four Fields 
Monday through Friday, 3 - 8 p.m. 

A permit is required to use fields.  Call 573-3157 to obtain information.  Only girls youth fastpitch and girls youth tee-ball may use fields.  Light fees may apply.

Gymnasium and Fitness Center
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Effective August 1, 2004, a usage fee of $2 per visit, $120 per year for Duval County residents or $150 per year for non-Duval County residents will be required.

Lake Fretwell Adult Softball - Two Fields
