Programs: Wellness program - walking 9:30-10:30 a.m., aerobics 10:30-11:30 a.m. and walking 5-6 p.m., aerobics 6-7 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; food and nutrition class, times vary Tuesday and Thursday; open exercise and weights - various times and days.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.  Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Summer Hours: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Facility Equipment: Microwave and refrigerator, restrooms, tables and chairs, central heat and air.
