Metropolitan Park Event Day Restrictions:

General Event Restrictions
A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase inside Metropolitan Park.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted on general event days.

Other prohibited items include:
Bags, backpacks or fanny packs larger than 8 ½" x 11" Coolers or picnic baskets 
Still or video cameras of any kind
Roller skates or roller blades
Noise-makers (Horns or Whistles)
Projectiles including balls or frisbees
Poles or sticks
Weapons or anything that could be construed as a weapon (including licensed guns)
Signs or flags larger than 2' x 3'
Bicycles, Pets or umbrellas (Ponchos are permitted)

Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged for general seating. Strollers, diaper bags, and chairs "in a bag" will be permitted, but are subject to search. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early, as the park will be closed if it reaches capacity.

Disclosures All guests are subject to search prior to entering the park . Any guest not willing to comply with search procedures will not be admitted. (If applicable, ticket costs will be refunded.) Guests may be detained if found with any item which may be of an illegal nature No provisions are made to check items at the gates. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned. Guests can return prohibited items to their vehicles or dispose of prior to entering the park. Park Management is not responsible for items left behind. Possession of prohibited items inside the park is grounds for ejection from the park and tickets (if applicable) will be forfeited. Park Management reserves the right to make the final decision on prohibited items.

Metropolitan Park Non-Event Day Restrictions
No motorized vehicles, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller blades, pets or glass containers.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
