Recreational Fishing in Permitted Areas
Recreational fishing as authorized by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is allowed in Preservation Parks except where specifically restricted by signs. FWC requires any person engaging in recreational fishing to have appropriate fishing licenses in their possession, unless exempted by FWC.
