Ritz Theatre

Ritz Theatre is a 400-seat theatre featuring a state-of-the-art sound system, theatrical lighting and 30' x 40' performance stage. Supporting the theatre are storage and loading spaces, dressing rooms and technical areas.

The lobby of the Ritz Theatre is one of Jacksonville's premiere reception and gathering areas.  Receptions, business meetings, private affairs, weddings and other community events are held in the beautifully decorated lobby.

The Ritz Theatre is the home of an array of exciting musicals and theatrical performances, including our ever popular Amateur Night at the Ritz and the Ritz Voices Youth Choir. On any given night you might witness the old school sounds of the Manhattans, classical arias featuring tenor Bill Brown and mezzo soprano Hilda Harris or the smooth jazz sounds of Dianne Reeves or Rachelle Ferrell. The visually and musically impressive Sundiata: Lion King of Mali, the emotionally charged blessing of Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the storytelling genius of Kala JoJo and Baba Jamal are among the performances presented.
