Membership Requirements
• You must be between ages 14-18 to apply for the program. However young adults are eligible to stay in the program until their 21st birthday.
• Maintain a 2.0 High School GPA
• Parental Permission

Registration is easy: Download and fill out the forms below. Once the forms are completed, with appropriate signatures, please return them to the address below.
