PAL LogoThe Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Police Athletic League (PAL) is a youth activities program run by police officers and volunteers for the purpose of preventing juvenile crime and drug use.  The program provides positive role models. It develops discipline, self-esteem, and positive moral values through wholesome competition.

Some of the sports activities are baseball, basketball, boxing, soccer, cheerleading, double dutch, football, karate, track, volleyball and wrestling. Other activities include counseling, computer education, drug prevention clinics, arts and crafts, and a summer day camp.
