Business Watch Program
"Partners in Crime Prevention"

The Business Watch Program joins local merchants with sheriff's officers to create an effective crime-fighting team. Merchants will be taught crime prevention techniques and strategies to reduce opportunities for crime in their businesses.

Business owners will get to know each other, and become educated in recognizing & reporting suspicious activity.  The program can help create an enhanced quality of life for owners, employees and customers.

Our Business Watch Program is currently being renovated & restructured; to better meet the changing needs of our merchants, we are asking for input from our members and potential members to make the program better.

The Business Watch Program will include bi-annual newsletters filled with useful information, safety tips, announcements, new members, and annual forum meeting dates. Additionally, we will hold an annual forum / meet & greet open to all Business Watch Participants and use this time to share information, concepts and ideas. Included will be a guest speaker providing training in topics designed to meet the needs of our business watch partners.

Apply to the Business Watch Program online.

For more information about the Business Watch Program, to join the partnership, or to make a suggestion, call (904)630-2160 or contact us by e-mail.
