Gary Andrews Information Systems Unit Manager

The  Information Systems Management (ISM) Unit is led by Gary Andrews and its mission is to continually improve the efficiency and capabilities of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office by effectively implementing and managing information system resources.

ISM uses the latest applications and system enhancements to give JSO a technological advantage to fighting crime. ISM is also responsible for providing computer assistance to all JSO employees through the Help Desk. Network Support is responsible for managing the complex JSO network.
