The Continuous Improvement Division, led by Chief Adam Brown, is comprised of two units and a section: Information Systems Management Unit headed up by Gary Andrews, Continuous Improvement Unit (CIU) led by Lieutenant John Lamb, and Crime Analysis and Research & Development section led by Matt White.
