On 08/026/2009, at 1:35am patrol officers responded to an armed robbery at CVS.

The unknown white male entered the store and approached the pharmacy counter and displayed a note.
The note read, give me all of your oxycontin and I have a gun. The demands were met and the suspect fled out the front door onto Briarcliff Road.

The suspect is described as 5'9" to 6' tall between the ages of 25-35 years of age. The suspect was wearing a white tee shirt, tan shorts, and flip flops.
