Black Female 23 years of age
4577 Notter Ave.

 

On 09/23/2009, patrol responded to 4577 Notter Ave in reference to a missing person.

 

The complainant said that the victim was last seen leaving her house on 09/11/2009 between the hours of 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

 

This is out of character for the victim. The victim is known to frequent the 2800 block of Pearl Street.   

 

At this time, it is believed that the victim is endangered and may be a victim of foul play.

 

There is no more information available at this time. This is still an ongoing investigation.
