Suspect: Charlie Frank Green

45 years old – 12/05/63
Black male, 5'10", 250 pounds

The listed suspect, Charlie Frank Green has an outstanding warrant for burglary.  There is an active warrant for his arrest with a $50,003 bond.

The suspect is wanted in connection with a burglary to the Cash America Pawn located at 7640 Atlantic Boulevard.  Detectives have been in contact with the suspect and he keeps saying he will turn himself in but never shows up.

He is known to be on the north side of Jacksonville.
