The Homeland Security Presidential Directive 3 establishes the Homeland Advisory System and provides a comprehensive and effective means to disseminate info regarding the risk of terrorist acts to Federal, State and Local authorities and to the American people.

The Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5 is designed to enhance the ability of the United States to manage domestic incidents by establishing a single, comprehensive national incident management system. It establishes the Secretary of Homeland Security as the principal Federal Officer for domestic incident management.

We have developed information for residents that may be beneficial in the event of a terrorist attack or natural disaster. This information provides links to checklist that will assist residents develop response kits relating to medical supplies, first aid, pet supplies and special needs for elderly and infants. Being prepared in advance can provide you and your family with peace of mind in the event of an emergency. Click here.
