There are no public auctions scheduled at this time.  

The need for a public auction is determined by the JSO Impound Warehouse. The dates of the auctions are noticed in the Florida Times Union and also on this web page. 

Pursuant to Florida Statute 932.7055(1) (b), the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office will sell at public auction the following listed property, which has been forfeited to the Office of the Sheriff.  The property will be sold to the highest bidder.  The property was confiscated or obtained with funds pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Florida Statutes 932.701-707.  Said property may be inspected at the auction location from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. on the day of the auction.

THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE MAINTAINS THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE, REMOVE, OR ADD TO THIS LIST AS NEEDED AND TO SET MINIMUM BIDS.

All purchases must be settled by 2 p.m., in full, the day of the sale.  Acceptable methods of payment will be cash or cashiers check.  A $100 cash non-refundable deposit will be required at the completion of each winning bid.  The Sheriff's Office reserves the right to set minimum bids on items to be auctioned.  All items sold as-is condition and carry no warranty.
