Sheriff Rutherford Announced  the Return of Operation Safe Streets

On Thursday Jan. 31, 2008, Sheriff Rutherford announced the return of Operation Safe Streets with police officers working overtime in "Hot Spot" neighborhoods. The press conference was held at the JSO Property and Evidence Warehouse.
