Consumer Complaints commonly handled by this office:
- Motor vehicle sales, repair or maintenance
- Home construction, home improvements
- Electronic repair, service, contracts for future services
- Jewelry sales and repair, mobile home sales and service, sale of real property
- Franchises, multi-level distributor, marketing schemes, advertising sales
- Air conditioning and heat pump sales, services and repair
Complaints NOT appropriate for the State Attorney's Office:
- Business against business
- Business against individual
- Employee/employer disputes

- Gather the information needed - certain information is required from the consumer in order for our office to assist with a consumer complaint. Click here to see what's needed.

- Bring the complaint form to the State Attorney's Office. We request that you do not mail the complaint forms - see our Contact Page for office locations and phone numbers. You may file a consumer complaint at any of our offices.
