1. A student can become a member by voluntarily 
   submitting to a drug test, to provide proof that their body
   is free of drugs. The student then signs a pledge to
   abstain from using illicit drugs.

2. Once the results of the lab test confirms the absence of
    illicit drugs in his/her system, the student is issued a
    non-transferable photo identification card and a logo
    T-shirt at no cost.

3. The student may use his/her membership card at any
    participating business, to receive a discount ranging from
    ten to fifty percent.*

*Amount of discount is determined by each individual vendor.
