Payments are accepted Online or by telephone for Property Tax payments or Department of Motor Vehicles payments.

NOTE:

The Tax Collectors Office has an agreement with Official Payments Corporation to provide Duval County taxpayers automated credit card payment services to pay property taxes. Official Payments Corporation will charge you a convenience fee for this service. The Tax Collector's Office does not receive any portion of this fee.

The State of Florida, Department of Motor Vehicle's Express Renewal Web page makes available several services that may be transacted online.  Please visit the express renewal page to renew your automobile, mobile home, vessel, driver's license or disabled parking placard.  You may also obtain a duplicate license or id card from their site.

For an additional fee of $2.90, The Department of Motor Vehicles maintains the GoRenew telephone service to accept payments for renewals over the telephone. Dial 1-866-467-3639 to utilize this service.

The DMV site is not maintained by the City of Jacksonville.  Problems concerning the express renewal site should be directed to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
