Program Summary

Team up after school classProvide after-school supervision and guidance to at-risk kids, adding Team Up programs to seven middle schools. As a result, Team Up will be operating in almost every middle school in Zone 1 and where more than 35 percent of the kids qualify for free or reduced lunch. Additionally, eight new "Team Up" programs will be added to eligible elementary schools in Zone 1. These programs will serve an additional 2,850 kids.
TEAM UP is an after school program that provides academic instruction, tutoring and support, as well as, enrichment activities, such as field trips, dance, sports and arts to low income, at risk kids. These programs are housed in elementary and middle schools, and provide services directly after school for approximately 3 hours per day, five days per week.

*Because school was not in session, there is no report for this month.
