Hollingsworth works to develop and advance administration initiatives and to speed and enhance the delivery of government services.

Alan Mosley, Chief Administrative Officer
Mosley oversees the day-to-day running of the City of Jacksonville.  He provides financial oversight and chairs the Mayor's Budget Review Committee.

Roslyn Phillips, Chief Community Officer
Phillips directs the implementation of special projects and strategic initiatives and is the liaison to the Health Department, Housing Authority and Human Rights Commission.

Kerri Stewart, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer
Stewart assists the CAO with the operation of the City of Jacksonville's programs and implements special projects and strategic initiatives.

Susie Wiles, Chief of Communications & Special Initiatives
Wiles oversees the mayor's communications. Additionally, she has overall responsibility for the Preservation Project and serves as the mayor's liaison to the Parks Department.
