SOAR will function as a resource for Mayo Clinic staff, their families, our patients, and community to provide an inclusive environment bridging interests and developing common ground between civilian and military cultures. In addition, SOAR serves as a social and professional connection to other military resources and events in the community while aligning with Mayo’s mission, vision, and values
