Boards & Commissions Annual Reports

Pursuant to Jacksonville Ordinance Code, Section 50.110(b), regarding reporting requirements, all Boards and Commissions described in Section 50.110(a) and Boards or Commissions requiring joint appointments by the Council or Mayor, including  those of the independent authorities, shall submit an annual report to Council, filed with the Council Secretary, with supporting documentation, no later than June 30th of each year. The annual report shall contain a summary of the board or commissions' prior year activities, including how often the board or commission met, the current members, identification of any vacancy positions and its individual assessment of the effectiveness of the particular board or commission.
