Qualifications:

A lifelong resident of District 9, Warren received his bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Before his current term on City Council, Warren previously served on the Council from 1979-1999, during which he was elected City Council President for two terms (1991-92 and 1992-93). He has experience with the issues at hand, and knows how to best represent District 9.
 

Commitment:

Warren is committed to reducing crime by partnering with the Sheriff's Office and the Neighborhood Associations. He understands that we must increase job opportunities by supporting economic development. Warren is also committed to improving the overall infrastructure of District 9, specifically in the area of drainage.
