Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission Committee on Public Relations.  Commissioner Elaine Brown with meet with Commission Chair Crescimbeni and Commissioners Buchanan, Redick, Cannon and Bowman.   The meeting will take place on Wednesday, May  1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4^th Floor- City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss marketing for the St. Johns River Ferry.

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of April 29th to May 3rd.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, May 6, 2013.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Legislative Tracking Committee on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing City Council legislation introduced at the April 23^rd City Council meeting and hearing a presentation from the Public Works Department about capital facilities maintenance policies and budgeting.

As Chair of the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) Subcommittee, I am hereby scheduling a meeting for Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425. 

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Park and Urban Parks Ad Hoc Committee that includes Council Member Don Redman, Council Member Dr. Johnny Gaffney, Council Member Bill Gulliford, Council Member Lori Boyer and Council Member E. Denise Lee will meet Thursday April 25 at 10 a.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425 City Hall, 117 West Duval Street. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss sound issues at Metropolitan Park and other urban parks and future uses for these facilities.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Don Redman will meet with Council Member Doyle Carter on April 23, 2013 at 2:30pm. The meeting location is City Hall at St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, 1^st floor Lynwood Roberts Room, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposal to extend the ability to raise and keep pet chicken hens for backyard egg production in residential RLD zoned areas of the City (reference Section 656.401 (a) (3), Ordinance Code)."
