Anderson, President – Jacksonville City Council, pursuant to Council Rules, hereby call a meeting(s) with the – Jacksonville City Council as a Committee of the Whole, in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.
