Pursuant to Section 286.011(8),
Florida Statutes, and at the request at a public meeting of the Office of General Counsel, which is defending the below cases, I am setting a litigation shade meeting of the Council to consider settlement negotiations and strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures as to the following case:

Ability Housing of Northeast Florida, Inc. and Disability Rights Florida, Inc. v. City of Jacksonville, Case Nos. 3:15-cv-1411-J-32-PDB and 3:15-cv-1380-TJC-PDB (M.D. Fla.)
Following the commencement of an open meeting, the governing body will move into a closed attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. Following the conclusion of the closed attorney-client sessions, the Council will return to the open public meeting at which time public business, if any, will be concluded and the meeting adjourned.
