Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida at 9:00 A.M.. Immediately following the Budget Address a Special Finance Committee Meeting will be held. The Honorable Mayor Lenny Curry will present the 2018-2019 Annual Budget address to the Jacksonville City Council.
