Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., prior to the Rules Committee Meeting in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The Honorable Alvin Brown, Mayor – City of Jacksonville will present the 2014-2015 Annual Budget address to the Jacksonville City Council at this time.
