Notice is given that the Honorable Gregory B. Anderson, President – Jacksonville City Council hereby cancels the Special Meeting of Council which would have been held on Thursday, March 3, 2016., immediately following the meeting and vote of the Committee of the Whole, which was noticed for March 3, 2016,  3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. - in the Council Chambers located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 1st Floor City Hall – St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida.  The meeting was canceled as legislation was withdrawn on February 18, 2016.
