Yarborough, Council President) will convene a full Council Workshop with the Members of the Jacksonville City Council on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 pm, in the City Council Chamber, located at, 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of this meeting is for the Downtown Investment Authority Staff to provide a presentation to the Council on Ordinance 2014-560 appropriating $2,595,723 from Downtown Economic Development Fund for projects and activities in the "BID Plan".
