Notice is hereby given that Council Member Terrance Freeman will host a Community Meeting on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. at the Legends Center, 5130 Soutel Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 32209. The purpose of the meeting is a follow-up from the previous meeting held on September 4, 2018 regarding the Soutel Road Diet.
