Notice is hereby given that Council Member Reginald Brown will meet with Council Members Greg Anderson, Lori Boyer, Robin Lumb and Bill Gulliford on Monday, September 8th 2014 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room A located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall- St. James Building. This meeting is to discuss pending legislation 2014-470 regarding Solid Waste Host Fees.
ORD-MC Amend Sec 380.405 (Host Fee; Distribution Formula; Late Charge for Delinquent Pymt), Chapt 380 (Solid Waste Mgmt), Ord Code, to Delete Subsec (f) which allows a Solid Waste C & D Disposal Facility that Recycles Material & Disposed of Residual Materials out of the County, to Receive Credit for the Host Fees.
