Notice is hereby given of a joint meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Legislative Tracking and Performance Committees on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing City Council legislation introduced at the January 8 City Council meeting and also City pension issues.

This Notice was amended to include discussion of the 2012-657, the Bostwick building.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Lori Boyer will meet with Council Member John Crescimbeni, Thursday, January 10th, 2013, at 11:30 a.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is in regard to proposed revisions to the PUD Ordinance, Chapter 656. There will also be a discussion of 2012-657, the Bostwick building, and offers to purchase same.

I am rescheduling the Council Agenda meeting for Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. This will allow council members interested in attending Ronnie Fussell’s installation as Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts to attend the ceremony in the courthouse at 4:00 p.m. in Courtroom 406.

Notice is hereby given that Council President William H. Bishop will meet with the Personnel Committee on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at 1:00 p.m...   The Personnel Meeting will be held in Conference Room “A” located on the 117 West Duval Street – 4^th Floor, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida.  The meeting is held to discuss personnel funding and staffing in the Council Auditor’s Office.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member John Crescimbeni, Chair of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission, will meet with the Members of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission. The meeting will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, Suite 425, 4^th Floor – City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.

As Chair of the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) Subcommittee, I am hereby scheduling a meeting for Monday, January 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., in Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425. 

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Ordinance 2012-702-E that the Honorable Lori Boyer, Chair of the Land Use and Zoning Committee will meet with the Committee members on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chamber, 1^st Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida, to consider  pending resolutions 2012-690 and 2012-691.
