In May 2008, the City of Jacksonville began collection of two new fees that will fund residential solid waste collection and stormwater management.

Please use the menu to the left to learn more about why we have the fees, how the funding will be used, and how you may apply to correct your bill, be exempted from a fee, or to receive credit for services you or your neighborhood provide.

CITY FEE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • Late Notices will be mailed to all property owners with unpaid accounts beginning October 1.  CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE!
  • Late payment penalties began on July 1. The penalties are one percent per fee and will accrue each month until an account is paid in full.
  • We are currently sending application responses and will continue to do so until all applications have been processed.  If you are curious about the status of your application, use the Online Access to City Fee Accounts to check, or call 630-CITY (2489).
