Citizens Oversight Committee

The Citizens Oversight Committee (COC) was created by Executive Order 01-02 as a means to ensure the residents of Jacksonville have a role in the implementation of The Better Jacksonville Plan.

Members included community representatives from around the city, as well as the chairs and vice chairs for each of the six Citizens Planning Advisory Committees (CPACs).

Having fulfilled their mission to oversee implementation of all BJP programs, the COC was disbanded on May 25, 2011.
