Mayor makes 3 appointments. Legislation designates 3 members, one of which is ex-officio (non-voting).

Committee Duties: Committee shall determine and assess the general conditions of the market for municipal bonds and notes (including opportunities for efficient use of bond anticipation notes, other bridge financing and refunding bonds), and other appropriate financial markets. Committee s take into account the effect of the terms of each series to be issued on all of the Plan Projects in order that the Plan, as an entirety, may be efficiently financed. Committee shall prepare and present a report to the City Council, Mayor and JTA on the implementation, progress, status, and completion of all Plan Projects, on the degree of cooperation of the parties hereto, and on areas of concern for the timely and proper completion of Plan Projects. Such reports shall be given on an annual basis, within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year.

Meeting Dates: Meeting Dates: Meetings are typically held beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the 4th Friday of January, April, July and October.  Meetings are open to the public.  Schedule changes will be announced in accordance with Florida's Sunshine Law.
