The City of Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board gives notice that it intends to conduct a public hearing, relative to a proposed amendment to EPB Rule 4.211A to amend the restrictive hours from “nighttime hours” to “between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.” on Monday, October 10, 2016, at 5:00 pm. The hearing will be held on the 8th floor of the Ed Ball Building, Conference Room 851, 214 N. Hogan Street, Jacksonville, FL.
The hearing is authorized by Sections 73.102 and 368.106, Ordinance Code.
Copies of the proposed Rule may be reviewed at, or obtained from, the Office of the Environmental Protection Board, 214 N. Hogan Street, 5th Floor, Jacksonville, Florida, during normal working hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays recognized by the City.
Any and all members of the general public are invited to be heard at the October 10, 2016, public hearing by personal appearance or written comment. Written comments should be addressed to the Chair, Environmental Protection Board, at 214 N. Hogan Street, 5th Floor, Jacksonville, FL, 32202, and must be received no later than October 5, 2016.
