The Public Service Grant (PSG) Council Appeals Board will meet at 9:00 AM., Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in the 8th Floor conference room, Room 851 of the Ed Ball Building, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
