Professional Services

Professional Services are services for which the value is measured by the professional competence of the person or entity performing the service and that are not susceptible to realistic competition by cost of services alone. Professional services shall include services customarily rendered by architects, engineers, surveyors, certified public accountants, attorneys, financial personnel systems, planning and management consultants and insurance.
