Proposed Sole Source Awards

The Department of Procurement may award an exceptional purchase, or a purchase made without competition or advertisement, from either a 'proprietary source' or 'sole source,' as defined by and in accordance with §§ 126.206 and 126.312, Jacksonville Ordinance Code. However, a proprietary or sole source award may be properly awarded only after prior notice of the same has been posted on this website for no less than seven calendar days. Proposed proprietary or sole-source awards posted herein may be timely protested pursuant to the Department of Procurement's new Protest Procedures.
