Public Information

The Public Information Office

  • provides media relations services for city departments,
  • creates and distributes internal and external communications, including an employee newsletter,
  • coordinates most of the city's press releases and printed items (both photographic and written) and
  • helps staff the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and provide updated emergency information.
