STANDING COMMITTEES

Most of the routine assessment of operations and enforcement actions are carried out in standing committees of the board which meet at least once per month.

- The Water Committee meets on Monday during the third FULL week of the month at 4:30 p.m.

- The Air and Odor Committees meet on Wednesdays during the third FULL week of the month starting at 4:30 p.m.

Committee meetings are held in the 4th floor conference room at 407 N. Laura St., Jake Godbold City Hall Annex.

BOARD MEETINGS

Regular board meetings are normally held on the second Monday of the month at 5 p.m. in the first floor auditorium, 407 N. Laura St., Jake Godbold City Hall Annex.

The board also conducts public hearings in the Jake Godbold City Hall Annex whenever new rules, regulations or standards are proposed. The public hearings are publicized in local newspapers and advance notice is given.

The public is invited to attend any meetings or hearings of the board in which they have an interest.
