Risk Management

The Risk Management Division helps protect the city's assets, including its workers, by managing insurance and employee safety programs. In particular, the division focuses on such areas as workers compensation, automobile insurance and general liability insurance. These functions help reduce liability and minimize financial and other risks for the city and its stakeholders.

General Liability: If you have suffered a loss for which you believe the City is responsible, you may make a claim by contacting (904) 630-7521.

Workers’ Compensation: If you are a City employee and you have sustained a work-related injury, please call (904) 630-1307 for immediate assistance.
