ON SCENE Newsletter

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department distributes its ON SCENE employee newsletter to the department’s 1,200 uniformed personnel, civilian employees, and numerous retirees by e-mail several times per year. While the content is employee-specific, it offers a glimpse of a variety of activities within the department.
