Welcome to the Fourth Judicial Circuit. The new Duval County Courthouse opened in mid-June. We are pleased to be located in this beautiful facility which will serve the citizens of Duval County for many years into the future. The new address for the Duval County Courthouse is 501 West Adams Street; Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
As Chief Judge, it is my responsibility to ensure that our courts in the Fourth Judicial Circuit are accessible, fair, effective, and responsive to the citizens of Clay, Duval and Nassau Counties and everyone who appears in our courts.
All of our judges, magistrates, hearing officers, staff attorneys and court administration staff are dedicated professionals committed to upholding the high standards of justice prescribed by our constitution. We promise to provide our citizens justice without prejudice in a professional manner focused on protecting rights and liberties, upholding and interpreting the law, and providing expeditious resolution of disputes.
As we serve the citizens of Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties and those who enter the courtrooms of the Fourth Judicial Circuit each year, we are mindful of the limited resources allocated to our branch of government.
