Mission: The Duval County Law Library serves the 4th Judicial Circuit Court. It furthers the cause of justice by providing public access to the legal resources needed to pursue all aspects of research and development of a legal case by any person who so needs.

Collection: The collection includes federal and state statutory law; federal case law from the district courts, appellate courts and Supreme Court; and case law from the states in the Regional Reporter system. In addition, there are treatises on aspects of practice and procedure, especially Florida.
