Pursuant to 24 CFR Part 91, et al., Consolidated Submission-Action Plan for Community Planning and Development Programs, each jurisdiction must submit a Consolidated Plan-Action Plan to Federal HUD at least 45 days prior to the start of its program year as a pre- requisite to receiving funds under the formula grant programs listed in the advertisement.
