Jacksonville Community Council Inc.: JCCI is a nonpartisan civic organization that engages diverse citizens in open dialogue, research, consensus building and leadership development to improve the quality of life and build a better community in Northeast Florida and beyond.

Southern Poverty Law Center: SPLC is a nonprofit organization that combats hate, intolerence and discrimination through education and litigation. Its programs include the Intelligence Project, Teaching Tolerance and Tolerence.org. The center also sponsors the Civil Rights Memorial, which celebrates the memory of those who died during the Civil Rights Movement.

Everyday Democracy (formerly the Study Circles Resource Center) is a national organization that helps local communities find ways for all kinds of people to think, talk and work together to solve problems. Everyday Democracy works with neighborhoods, cities and towns, regions and states, helping them pay particular attention to how racism and ethnic differences affect the problems they address.
