• Operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, year round
• Support over 8,000 COJ employees utilizing approximately 6,200 computers
• Receive and resolve over 40,000 calls at the Service Desk each year
• Support 10,400 radios mostly to Police and Fire personnel
• Manage 2,300 miles of fiber network infrastructure
• Maintain approximately 250 systems
• Maintain 356 virtual servers
• Maintain 151 physical servers
• Maintain 80 TB of online storage
• Maintain 150 TB of near line backup storage
• Support 200 remote City locations including fire stations, libraries, community and recreation centers
